Marco Polo was one of the worlds greatest explorers and takes credit for the emergence of pasta in Italy, so we will explore and encourage pasta creation in his honor. No more dried (secca) noodles and frozen rigatoni… let Marco Polo take you on an adventure. Inspired by the game that Marco Polo played with his father and uncle comes a restaurant concept for Krog Street Market in Atlanta.
